2010, a very important year to remember in my life. This is the year that I made most mistakes in my life. The mistake make me used up all my options and fall back to the ground. I do not know what is my future and how am I going to face my family but I know going back is my last resort. I know that I have not had enough of UK, but UK is consuming me. I am no longer myself who first came to UK 2 years ago.

I need to cleanse my mind but I am not sure Malaysia is the right place for me. I pray that everything will be fine and they can forgive me and trust me as they did before.

This is literally the turning point of my life. I have grown up, I need to be very careful in every step I take, because a slight mistake will really have very serious consequences.

Discipline needed? but i feel comfortable

Feeling despair of my ULTRA CLEAN landlord lady...When you think you already do your best to keep clean and still hearing complaints, this is so helpless except saying " I will keep it cleaner next time"

Maybe I have not been trained to be a really clean and tidy person, as long as it is not too messy that's fine. Also maybe there was KAKAK helping me to tidy so I was spoiled. Help, i am so emotionally stressed up. Need to make sure no marks on the table top, no pot or cover on the table, must clean and dry the dishes after wash, must mop the floor (sweep is not enough), must spray the toilet shower screen every time after shower, must not sleep with light on...omg..Help, at this point I just miss home so much!

sometimes I really doubt at my own attitude. Why am I so careless, I thought that I have checked, double checked, triple checked?? Why errors still occur? I do not know what do I want. I thought that I am capable but when I ask myself what can you do and how can you success, I cant think of a definite answer.

4 years ago I came to pharmacy, actually I did not seriously thought of it before deciding the course. It is not bad, stable income, stable job. But But But...where is my PASSION? Enthusiasm??? What if I went into Mass Communication 4 years back? I always dream myself to be an artist, and when I was in high school my friends told me that I will be an outstanding artist. hahahaha...I wish I could. My creativity, speaking skill, and acting skill seem to have buried in my way to pharmacy.

I remember my psychology teacher gave me a career test, said I could go to the advertising line, public relation or similar area. Months later after I entered the university I went back to visit her telling her that I have chosen pharmacy, then she said I need to work harder because it is tough for my personality. I told her, I think we can train ourselves to like something. Eventually I feel that yes, you can adapt but that is not you, your potential is not there thus it is a lot difficult to see you glowing with success in that area.

I believe that studying a degree is not so much about the knowledge, yes you gain the basic knowledge but you will forget. One thing it definitely does is it TRANSFORM you to be a member with the quality needed for that profession, while you may loose your original quality......

Why have I chosen pharmacy and do I really like being a pharmacist?

I feel that UK is not the place for me and there is a call for going home. Therefore I am considering of going back to my hometown and seek for the meaning of life that I am pursuing.

Money is like the Air

I heard a story from a rich man and that was about how he looked at his life. He symbolized money to the air. He said that actually the amount of money one can use is like the amount of air that one is able to breath in, which makes sense because we will not be able to breath in more air even though there is more air available.

This is what coherent to my current philosophy of life. For very long time, I knew the importance of money because it is like the air, we cant live without it. Until recently I started to realize that how you spend your money is actually more important than counting how much you have. I like to share the happiness that can be generated from money with my friends or with the people around me. For example by inviting friends for a meal or something. That creates the opportunity for you to get along with them, share information and to communicate. Every relationship requires opportunity to be nourished and money can provide the opportunity.

This reminds me of the saying 'give and take'. To offer and to give what I can to my love one, my family and friends are what I feel like doing now because I like the taste of joy from giving and I believe that I will be able to gain what is far more valuable, such as friendship and harmony. If there wasn't anybody giving and I wouldn't be what I am today, so there is enough of taking from others and it is time for contribution.

Hello there, let's start to practice generosity. I assure you that you will gain alot more than being self-centered.

It has been such a long time that I didn't come to my blog.

Nottingham has started to get colder by each day, especially colder when I sat down in front of my study table for some times. The coldness had recently weaken my body immune system. I feel so sick now with nasal fluid streaming down like an open tap.

Actually being sick physically is still bearable. What I feel hard and helpless is the love sick. Why do we have to separate again by the geography and time zone? I am really unready for it at all. It is just 1 month after we apart but I have felt it so unbearable. I miss you bie. I want to go back to be with you! Ironically I cant! due to the restrictive bond to my study..

Bie I really miss you so much! so much! I don't want the life of saying good night to you when my side is still early evening; nor spending lonely nights that I cant contact you at all on my own (because you are sleeping).

I really cant imagine what will things be after all... Can we survive through the challenge again?

What will be filled in our 'memory break'?

This is 4 o'clock in the morning, the day is just about to take over the night.

Since after the ester break, I have been all days on the move, at first busy of exam preparations, exams and now my summer placements. Just done with one placement, and next Monday start with another.

Feel a sudden warmth and love from the people around me. Thanks to my family, friends, colleagues and anyone that appeared in my life before.

Thanks to my be-loved friends that gave me early birthday surprise in the Flaming Dragon last Saturday, you guys are awesome. Thanks for the lovely presents, the embarrassing Birthday song playing x 2 in the fully seated restaurant at PEAK hour, and thanks Yingying for the handmade muffin cake! I love you gals & guys! You gals are the best companions ever..

Thanks for the friendly colleagues from B&C Pharmacy. Glad to worked with all of you, I will be remember every teaching given.

Proud of my brothers' recent success of being awarded the Top 100 company throughout the Malaysia, Keep it up bro! I will work hard for you guys to be proud of too! I promise...

渐渐的觉得自己已经一天一天的长大，以前年少时的回忆翻滚在心头，好像昨天刚发生过的事情。

中学时期与朋友的疯狂，纯真的交流，洒脱的哈哈大笑，一切的一切真得非常怀念。当时的生活点滴却是如此的刻骨铭心。

记得每天清晨五点起身，kakak会帮我准备早餐，帮我打包饭盒，那时最常出现的内容是hashbrown 要不就是strawberry cheese oat bread, 它们会整整齐齐的摆放在那米黄色的四方形饭盒里，我会匆匆忙忙的吃完早餐然后kakak会陪我走到路头去等巴士，那时通常是早上五点五十分，天色都还没亮，朦胧的晨景被暗黄的路灯照射着。有时我迟起身，巴士司机没看见我在路口，他会响horn (pun! Pun!), 然后我就会冲出门。那条从我家后门倒路头的小路真的留下了我许许多多的脚印。霜霜（假如没记错的话）会留她隔壁的作为给我，然后我们会一上车就睡到学校。从我家到学校要坐一个小时的巴士，所以我通常会在巴士上继续我刚才还没做完的梦。要是我迟起身得比较离谱，我会很不好意识的吵醒妈妈要她载我上学，每一次我多觉得很不好意识，假如妈妈不在，我会叫哥哥载我，大哥比较好人，一叫就起身了，二哥呢叫了可能得等好一阵子不然就要厚着脸皮再叫多一次，我也不懂为什么我会这样对家人觉得不好意识，就是不想麻烦他们，就算到长大了，我还是一样。记得，有一次大哥送完我去学校回家路上，在家前的路口车子被撞倒路角，可能是太早了，还没苏醒，侥幸的是人平安无事。如今，哥哥俩已是非常成熟独立和在商场上有杰出表现的人物，我也长大了无须劳烦他们再载我上学，心想下次他们再充当上学司机时也是为他们的小孩了。

住在我家附近有我两个好朋友，雪琳和佩思，有时我迟到了但没人在家，她们也就是我的救星因为雪琳和佩思都是家人送她们上学的，所以会比较迟出门。现在她们在美国，我在英国，已有好久不见了，还真想念她们的。到我姐姐有了驾照，她就会载我上学，顺道载佩思和我姐的college同学‘欣慧’，我们都叫她陈妙英，因为欣慧长得有点像TVB演戏的那个陈妙英，哈哈！沿路我们驶向高速公路配合大声的音乐年少的我们在路上奔驰。当时的这种生活真得很回味。现在长大了，这种模式的生活已不再，但它们却会永远被记得。欣慧过后与我姐到澳洲去念书接着还听说留在哪儿工作，到最近我在facebook看见我姐出席她的婚礼，她现在嫁人了，证明了我们大家都在时间的洗礼下长大了，一步一步的进入人生不同的阶段，追求不同形似的生活，心境也难免被经验磨练而变得更成熟。还有的是我们都可能为了生活而被逼与家人分开，这的确有点可悲，但这也无非是一种心境的磨练，是在成为钢铁前必要的体验。

回想起过去，总会有无数的感想，每一次我都感觉感恩，谢谢疼爱我的家人和朋友。你们造就现在的我，影响着我现在的每一个思维。我会不停的鞭策自己不停的努力但求有一天你们会因为我这颗经过打磨后的钻石的闪烁而感到骄傲！

Two weeks ago--Tyne and Wear visit

Entire journey took about 3.5 hours, 2 changing points. Above: While I was waiting for my train.

First change at Gratham then at Doncastle, passed by York. Arrived at Newcastle station then Wantse, Jimmy and Ben picked me up from the train station and they brought me around the city. It was 4pm plus , as you can imagine, the sky turned slowly to dark. First we went into a English High tea Restaurant but then we didnt really like there thus we shifted to the chinese restaurant above named, MANGO, in Chinatown of the Newcastle.After that, I headed to Sunderland by metro after 1 hour ride. The above was the nightview of riverbank along the University of Sunderland. The two mainland was linked by a bridge, the far end from the picture. The famous activity at night along the river: Fishing! Haha..Then we went up to the Glass Factory which powers all the glasswears supply throughout the UK.

Many people were putting on a flower on their chest front, my wonders for it never resolved until I came to this statue of warriors parade. That day was one day of the memorable period of the response 1914, an appreciation and memorial for the soldiers that faught for their land in the early days.

I like this... just donno why

This Chinese family I met on the train from Newcatle to Dancastle. This cute little gal named,吕昕忆，next to her is her mum, her dad sat opposite her. She was just 4 years old and her mum told me that her name, 昕 means sunrise, 忆 means happy; every morning when she wakes up she will be happy. I feel so touched by the fact that parents were only expecting their children to be happy, the rest is less important=)

She reminded me of my childhood. I was something like her..

So lovely..

On the train, I taught her on writing A, B, C and 3,4,5,6,7, 8, 9, 10. She liked connecting dots, so I drew many cartoons with dots, and she completed them with lines. Her mum was having a motion sickness and let me after the little gal

Haha! This action was so familiar, my mum used to tie my hair up in two parts too!

Then I headed back to Gratham by coach, met a Malaysian from Portsmouth, studying civil engineering.

Bath & Stonehenge

Hi..finally I have time to set up this post, it was three weeks ago when my friends and I went to Stonehenge and Bath. It took about three hours from Nottingham to Bath thus we pulled out at about 7am. That day was light shower and cold. To get there we passed by many cities like Birmingham and Bristol.

I was having my breakfast served with hot honey tea. Thanks to ChinHong for the quick snap without me knowing it, good job!

Then we reached at one of seven wonders. It made up of many rocks and the ancient people used it as their public clock by watching at the direction of shadow fell. There are actually many different explanations for the purpose of Stonehenge, some said it was a religion and burial place. There was a stone named slaughter stone which was bloody staining red and the colour still visible up till now.

There is no free lunch in the world, so as the entry to see ROCKs. Well, it was quite pricey, with the entry permission we were given a introductory speaker which looked like walkie talkie and we were just need to select the station number in order to listen to the history behind that particular monumen.

It wasn't very fun for outing during bad weather. It was raining and strong wind blowing, plus there wasn't any shade around the field so we were like 'receiving' the full wind (but it's a kind of good experience). I think that the best time of visit is during summer or spring to see the effect of sunlight and the stones.

The Heel Stone. Does it look like heel? Well, there was a tale telling that these stone was actually one of a bundle of stones that were stolen by the devil from a house, when the devil flew home across the sky and he accidentally dropped it here. How far do you believe it?

The hot spring water powered the water supply inside the 'Bathrooms' of the Roman Bath. Everybody was longing to come and bathe in the hot spring because they were all very curious and could not explain why there was hot water coming out from the land. The basic idea of the tourist spot was to introduce to people how the Roman people so particular about bathing, they could bathe several times a day. There was a section of 'mix-gender' pool allowed the males and the females to interact while bathing but this culture was finally banned by the King as it caused some social problems. Haha! The wealth and status of a female could be determined by how many bath-helper she had, normally there would be at least three to four helping them massage and bathe. While for the male, it was a culture that the males have to hug each other before they entered in to the bathing pool.

This was the hot spring since hundreds of years ago. Can you see the layer of steam above the water surface?

This was how hair fashion of the Roman people look like. The head size was double the size of the actual.

Only partial of the wall bricks remained, and the archeologists arrange it by their imagination.

This were the 'diamonds' found on the sandy floor along the way to the Roman bath hundreds of years ago, it was so dedicate, names and signatures were crafted on the little diamonds, people believed that they were either the diamonds on the rings or something that had economic value at that time.

This was a wishing pool..The shinny bits were the coins of wishes..

Bath Abbey, the last Gothic church in England, started in 1499 and built on the ruins of the formaer orman cathedral, it is located just next to the Roman Bath.

Bath was famous for Ice cream too...Remember to try!

没时间停下来沉淀，实在太多美丽繁华在吸引我的眼目，

听闻的太多，来不及消化，

新经验太多，来不及领悟，

没经过思考的变成溜失的回忆，

深感浪费，可惜。

时间像流沙，眨眼之下两个月头已过，

让我叹息人生短暂，

想实现和实践的太多，

而时间却太少。

不必太操心未来，它不轮到我们担忧，

开心充实地过每一天，先把眼前的事干好，生活会更有冲劲。

能做的，我会尽能力去达到，

能体验的，我一定会把握机会，

真不想数年后回首而惋惜，

对现在的生活非常满意，

实在无容置评，

感觉非常幸福的我会奋斗，

因为直认为无与伦比的未来不是遥不可及的。=）

Last Saturday, 18 October of 2008 was spent in York, an historic walled city sited at the confluence of the rivers Ouse and Foss in North Yorkshire, England. The city is noted for its rich heritage dates back to Roman era i.e. almost 2000 years of existance.

The BBC weather forecast predicted that day would be cloudy and rainy; Forecast by definition means prediction or a smart guess for a future condition, it is not always true especially when it comes to prediction of weather of UK. That day turned out to be sunny and perfect weather. Luckily that I didn't believe to the forecast blindly and thus din't bring my umbrella out bacause I trust my own theory (which arise from my observation) that the idea of people call Sunday Sunday because it is most of the time appears Sunny. Haha! Sometimes, Saturday follows this rationale as well=)

After 2 hours of journey by coach, we arrived at a rest and refreshment point located near the entrance of York city. We went down to a complex selling Food and Beverage as well as souvenirs to shop and to stretch our body. In the WH Smith book store I saw signature pens, they costs 2.99pounds, I was initially wanted to buy and present to my family, but then I didn't. I ended up with two Magnum Ice-cream from the store. Haha!

Leaves turn green to yellow to red to none and to bud again, this is the natural routine cycle of plants in response to the four seasonal weather change and now is when the leaves fall in autumn.

Do you know why plants drop their leaves in autumn?

Basically its as a way of keeping moisture in therefore to keep from drying out.

York's centre is enclosed by the city's medieval walls, which are a popular walk. The entire circuit is about 3 miles (5 km), including a part where walls never existed, because the Norman moat of York Castle, formed by damming the River Foss, also created a lake which acted as a city defence

There are sightseeing bus tours by day by night that runs uptown and downtown which is the most comfortable way of getting an overview of the city. However we didn't take the bus, we walked.

To walk was actually quite tedious. Because of York is a very old and traditional city, public transports are rather limited where only a few bus stops available so walking is somehow the easiest way of getting around . It is totally unlike urban city like London central where all of the transportation routes are so convenient and easily accessible.

The Clifford's Tower

Clifford's Tower, a stone quatrefoil keep built on top of a Norman motte, was the site of a massacre in 1190 when the small Jewish community of York sought protection in the tower on the feast of Shabbat ha-Gadol.

This medieval castle located in the centre of York, originally built by William the Conqueror to subdue the rebellious north, then rebuilt by Henry III in the 13th century.

It opened daily from 10am to 4pm. 2.50 pounds per entry. One can gets fantastic panoramic views of York and the surrounding countryside from the top of the tower.

The Crown Court

The city has its own Magistrates' Court, and more unusually also a Crown Court and County Court. It is served by the North Yorkshire Police Force. The Crown Court was built by the famous architect John Carr, next to the then prison (including execution area). The prison is now the Castle Museum but still contains the cells.

If I was not mistaken this is the stonegate, which is usually pedestrainised during the day.

A word about York street names, you will notice tat many streets end in the suffix 'gate', such as Stonegate, Coppergate, and Skeldergate. This does Not mean that the gate in question was a part of the old york city walls.

Instead, the 'gate' in this case comes from the Viking "gata", meaning simply " street". The actual city gates are called "Bars", such as Micklegate Bar and Walmgate Bar.

The most famous attraction of York--York Minster.

It is the second largest Gothic cathedral in northern Europe. It was built in 1870 and took 250 years to build. If you read about this building you will be amazed by its grand history background.

York has had a Christian presence from the 300s. The first church on the site was a wooden structure built hurriedly in 627 to provide a place to baptise Edwin, King of Northumbria. Moves toward a more substantial building began in the 630s. A stone structure was completed in 637 by Oswald and was dedicated to Saint Peter. The church soon fell into disrepair and was dilapidated, it was at least burnt down and destroyed more than two times. Restoration, rebuilt and renew were done many many times from then to now.

During the 20th century there was more concerted preservation work, especially following a 1967 survey that revealed the building, in particular the central tower, was close to collapse. £2,000,000 was raised and spent by 1972 to reinforce and strengthen the building foundations and roof.

Restoration work was completed in 1988, and included new roof bosses to designs which had won a competition organised by BBC Television's Blue Peter programme. In 2007 renovation began on the east front, including the Great East Window, at an estimated cost of £23 million.

It was a grieve that we missed a visit to the inside of the York Minster as the time when we reached there was closed for service. Inside was expected to have an astonishingly beautiful view like the colouful stained glass , one of the 'five sisters' window' at the north of Minster.

I'd totally fell in love to York when Evensong service was sung by the choir, it was so romantic when breeze blew onto our hair and the heavenly Evening Prayers were recited, while we're surrounded by classical churches of outstanding architectures. I supposed that marry under these environment would feel excellent. (I ask, Can a buddist get married in a church?)

As you can see, churches presenced so frequently in the pictures, it is not difficult to guess which religion embracing the largest population of York.

Well, 74.4% residents reporting themselves as christian in 2001 cenus.

What are they? They are famous pastry from a long queue bakery..I cant recall the name of the shop (seemingly started with a letter B), it is recommended to go for a try if you have the time to line up for it

At 2.45pm, we left the York city and headed towards the MaAthar Glen Designer Outlet, which is the designer and high street brands, all with discounts of up to 50% off retail prices in fashions, sportswear and homewear. I managed to yield some harvests from there, it could be more friutful if I have more credit limit. Haha=)

Tried out the popular take-away-food originated from the United Kingdom--Fish and Chips.

I like this two flavours drink, it reminded me of how Ratatouille produced a better taste when he bite on both cheese and apple together instead of eating them alone.

We were all delighted because we could finally go home.

Mathematic Bridge in Queen College

Queen college stretches across both sides of the Cam, linked by the famous Mathematic Bridge. The myth goes that it was designed by Isaac Newton without the use of pins, screws, nuts or bolts, but when disassembled, the fellow students couldnt figure out how to put it back together again. This is sadly false, the bridge dates from 1749, 22 years after Newton's death.

Emmanuel College is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge, founded in 1584 by Sir Walter Mildmay on the site of a Dominican friary. Mildmay, a Puritan, originally intended Emmanuel to be a college of training for Protestant preachers to rival the successful Catholic theological schools that had trained Dominican friars for years.

The Wren chapel was designed by Sir Christopher Wren (20 October 1632 – 25 February 1723), who was a 17th century English designer, astronomer, geometer, and one of the greatest English architects in history. Flying was always my dream, I thought it could only remain as a dream. Unexpectedly that studying aboard is opening the door of opportunities for me to get in touch with plane/jet/glider, whatsoever type of flying vehicle. This is all owing to my signed up to the gliding club.

It was very early last Saturday morning, about 7.45am I rushed myself to the gathering point in from of Portland building. It was very cold, temperature as low as 12 degree Celsius that morning. My breaths turned clouds of mist when I panting from quick run to there. As I reached I saw a few club members sitting on the stair case in front of Portland Building, some were international students and some were British students, they were Steven, John, Ken and many more. Attendance was taken while waiting for others to come. At about 8am we departed in three cars moving towards the South West for 1 hour and 5 minutes of ride. At first I was still very energetic for sightseeing and for route recognition however until half of the journey I finally failed to defeat the loads of my eye lids, I unconsciously napped in the back seat of the car. When I gained my vision it was just two more turns ahead to the destination—Cranwell.

Glider

There we were, a highly security restricted military training college in Cranwell, RAF. Only during Banks holidays and weekends there are opened to outsiders or gliding club members because during the normal days the airfield will be occupied for formal training purpose. We queued to collect our day pass and then we walked under the lead of an instructor to the garage where all the gliders are kept.

NU2 is owned by the gliding club of University of Nottingham. It was destructed like the plane model that we used to see in the toy shop when I first seen it. It was kept after the previous use with its wings, tails taken out and kept in a big container together with the glider body. It was towed by a car to the airfield and there we helped to build it up. Impressively, the instructor was a young lady, her name was Conny. She was really professional; she jumped into the glider, opened the canopy and unfixed the seater head rest to reach for the lock for both wings. Three to Four persons went to side of one wing, lifting and shifting for it to fit the wing nicely to the hole in the body and then locked it to the body properly. The same repeated for the other wing. This followed by the Tail.

Romeo 59

The glider above, R59 was made in 1969. We were able to fly on it as it belonged to University of Nottingham as well. Its age could easily told from its shape. Looking at it and make comparison with Romeo 2, you could see a revolutional change in the glider shape of construction whereby Romeo 2 is more aerodynamic enhanced than the R59 and other glider, therefore it is one of the best performance glider in the club. It can fly higher and longer. Materials of architecture had also improved from just steel and wood to steel, plastic, wood, fabric and carbon fiber.

Because of it was still foggy, we were unable to fly thus we went up the double Decker bus to have our tea, coffee, snacks and sandwiches. The bus was so cool that it was actually a mobile mini kitchen and resting stop for all of the gliding members. Steams puffing up the cold air from the chimney of the bus. Interestingly the lady of food and drinks seller was actually an experience glider driver, she had been flying for 25 years. She flew solo. That’s what really incredible!

After a short rest we were called for a pre-flight briefing in the bar. Life safety measure like how to wear and use the parachute was taught by the president of gliding club, this was the first time I wore parachute. Sunshine appeared and we push the glider one by one from the garage to the airfield then they were towed by jeep or four wheels drive to our launching point. Here you see how we moved the glider.

Brian was my instructor of the day and he introduced me a lot about gliding. We helped other glider to set off by clinging the cable underneath the glider as well as holding one wing to help it balance then run with the glider during the launching.

Hahaha! Finally my turn to fly, Brian sat on the behind seat while I took the front. After putting the parachute jacket on, I jumped onto the glider. Brian explained all the operational control to me. Closed the canopy and we were ready to fly. A powerful winch pull the cable connected to us and we launched like a kite. It was amazing that we reached 1500 feet high in 4 seconds. Fantastic experience! Yooo..HOo…. I was like driving a roller coaster on my own and then ‘TUCK!’ the cable was released and we were set free high up in the air. A sudden down speed when the cable was released. I felt my heart was just about to pop out. Yoo Hoo..we flew with the wind with having control of the direction. Peddles control the wings direction while the stick controlled over the glider tip. The coordination required some skills and experience. Over the time, Brian will shout ‘You are in control’ and I replied ‘I am in control’ to confirm and making sure that no two persons were doing the same job.
The tricky part of gliding is that It needs us to be always having a clear mind about our direction and route planning but at the same time watching out the sky for other gliders. Multitasker or risk taker is definitely suitable for this activity.
Temperature inversion is something that dealing with the length of time on the circuit, the thermal convection due to the flows of cold and hot air provide surges to the glider and make it able to glide like a bird for some time without using any energy. I was lucky that during our flight we encountered with a buzzard which was looking for thermal enabling it to spread its wing and glide like us. It was amazingly beautiful, we were on the top while the buzzard was below us gliding round in a circle. Unfortunately the thermal disappeared after a few minutes then lose our height slightly to about 700 feet, we did not get lower but we also did not get any higher. We maintained at the same height until we planed to land. Making a 90 degree turning to the right around the field directed the tip to the landing point then a pull at the blue break decelerating the glider. Smooth landing. Beautiful!

The best thing about gliding is being able to fly so as land quietly and gracefully as it did not require an engine to fly or land. I love this activity very much. One advise is that do not fly with full stomach. Haha!
The whole club was like a big family possessing the same interest, we had our drinks at the bar at very low price after we clean and kept the gliders one by one into the garage.

That was a Saturday morning, we walked to Beeston from home. After 15minutes, we came to this roundabout of the Broadgate park. Pressed on the traffic light button, when the pedestrian light turned from red to green we walked to the opposite. Walked down the road we eventually came to the Beeston town.

Along the street is a role of houses with chopped head trunks in front. Going further down you will come to two NCT bus stops opposite each another.

Never let even a second lapse, fulfill it by reading. This is what the local will do while waiting or while on a public transport.

This is the head of the street in Beeston, there you can find Asian shops, post office, furniture shops, electrical shops, stationery shops, souvenir shops, fabric shops etc. It could be said as a small town sufficient for supply of daily necessity.

I dropped my cards to be sent home into it.

Friends are looking for cheap deals or second hand purchase on the notice board in front of post office.

Holding a cup of brewed up hot Mars chocolate with Nestle chocolate topping spreading above, keeping my hands surrounding the cup to generate some warmth to my chilling hands, standing next to the window of pantry room. Looking through outside to the lower ground was a busy market selling all sort of fresh vegetables, colorful fruits, flowers as well as daily utilities. Many people walking while some were rushing their ways in different directions, they were crossing each other’s path and heading very directly to their known direction. The floor seemed to have numerous invisible route lines drawn as when they cut through each other they would never clash. Among the moving people there were older citizens moving on electrical four wheels. They sat on comfortable a cushion of the vehicle, the vehicle looked like our motorcycle but it has extra two wheels and it is lower and looked more stable. It is electrical powered and older citizens other than disable will utilize it to enable them moving in town and live independently. They will drive beside the road and put their goods in the basket in front. Flock of birds flew from one place to another place, seeking for the next resting stop, little boys chasing up their friends in front, one of them running with his pet dog and the poor dog ran very strenuously to reach the same footstep as the boy, daughter accompanying her old mother shopping in the market…. I put down my hot mug, one bite on my sandwich, and one sip on the hot choc. This is how I spent my 45 mins break in the Boots Bulwell Pharmacy, the place where I worked for my summer placement.

After work, I put on a coat and scarf round my neck then left the busy store. I passed through the market place in front of the store then walked passed shop lots to reach the bus station. Two parallel roles of roads of opposing direction, each road with two to three bus stops for different buses and different destination. I waited for bus 79, a double Decker bus looping around City centre and Bulwell town. 10 mins parted and I got up the bus after showing my day trip ticket to the friendly bus driver. Sit down on my favourite seat, the third role on the left near the window.

Taking bus to work is something interesting because we could meet the same who are people going to the same place at the same time routinely, this is especially in the morning when everybody is going to work. I saw a black guy everyday wearing a purple outfit matched with formal trousers. I also saw a lady who likes wearing shorts or short skirt in the cold weather, it never changed even during rainy days. Because of a particular bus will go round fixed bus stop picking up passengers following fix route map therefore bus could be a good place to meet guys or gals. One day while going to work, I saw a lady came up and she sat on the same role but next column from me. Normally when we caught a seat we will sit to the inside and reserve the outer side for others. But she did not. After a few stops, I saw she was getting nervous slightly from her finger rubbing action. She then sat straight and tided her hair. I felt weird and guessed that she might be waiting for someone. There it went. A guy popped up at the next stop and the guy was looking straight to the lady with cheerful smiling face while the gals replied the same. I tasted a sense of sweetness in the air. The guy sat next to the gal and they began chit chatting. I guessed they both got to know each other in the bus sometimes ago and then they progressed.

Then I reached at the Victoria station. I walked down the street to come to the Old Market Square, passing lots of branded fashion shops like JD, Primark, Zara, Clark, Debenham, Schuh..etc. Every time I did not have time to walk in because the time I passed by were either before their openings or after their closings. In front of the old clock tower was the old market square. It was a public open air square that allows people to sit down and courting. Couples hugging on the stone benches. I walked across the tram lanes to the bus stations; there I can take bus 13 or 14 to Beeston, a town near to my house. This place is so nice, what a typical UK scenery. You can see grand and old brown British building, huge architecture of clock towers, old churches and grey pigeons flying then stopping on the ground, pecking for grains on the ground. I like this city. It is Nottingham city, a city of UK where I would probably be in for the years to come.

Here I want to share a little bits of Nottingham University Park Campus and its neighbourhood to you. There are of several days shot at different time point. Wish you will them.

Clock tower that laid in between of four buildings, it rang every quarter hour. A significant landmark of the landscape.

See how nice the British preserve the green..You would see people walk their doggy in the evening here.

Trees are planted in a straight line. A wooden plate in front of each tree with name of planter craved on it as a token of gratitude to them for their contribution to the nature.

Now I want to impressed you with DUCKS! see? lots of them moving in flock around the campus. Sometimes they are in the lakeside, sometimes they are up on field. Whenever it is their jobs are basically eat and shit. Their BOMMs are every where on the pedestrian pavement, watch out for the grassy BOMMs..

They are like human, only cross the road when no car.

This is the Cripps Hall, in campus accommodation for students. We got free stay and free meals here during the Welcome Week.

They are my friends as well as my coursemates. Leaving the Hall and we were hunting for FREE drinks in a cafe.

We have mobile toilets every where. No worry for risk of leaking..=P

This nice place is where our meals are served. The sweet and sour pork and sliced potatoes are delicious. I had my hot choc refilled twice too. Haha!!

This is also the dining place. Siusien said it looks like a scene in Harry Potter, is it?

Thank you Joanne and bro to send me off. It was heart warming that all of you treat me luxurious dinner before leaving, what a touching scene to separate with you guys however I am proud to say that I did not cry at that point despite slight tears rolling in my eyes.

You know who you can trust, whom you see everytime you look into the mirror.

Very often when we puzzle betwixt and between we will open our ears to receive outer sounds. Many opinions are given from friends, colleagues, elderly, family, spouse and so on however those might not be the righteous input that you really need, count on yourself, you know yourself best and you know who you can trust--the one you see when you look into the mirror everyday.

It is not wrong to get advice from others but remember to filter it first, not all are useful and applicable for you. The advisor might have their hidden agendas. Too much outer sounds might become pollutants to your mind that interfere with your thoughts and deviate the true desire from the deepest heart which then lead to false decision making.

In the nutshells, Listen to your heart, flow with it.

P/s: This is my first blog and I have no idea why I would write all these, perhaps subconsciously I wish these to be my reminder. We know the theory but how frequently do we remember to apply it when come to practical?
